I have known Ornella Fado for many years and worked with her on several successful projects in the US, Italy and Bermuda. I have also been a guest on her show Brindiamo! on numerous occasions, and I have always been amazed at how fiercely passionate she is about her mission as an Italian cuisine ambassador in the US. Her energy is infectious, she motivates and uplifts everyone around her. Ornella is one of the hardest working professionals I know, and while she has solid management skills, she values and respects everyone’s work and accomplishments. She truly has a way of making everyone feel appreciated, a rarity in the entertainment business. I look forward to our future shared endeavors.

From several years I have the pleasure of collaborating with Ornella like composer of soundtracks for some of her TV productions. Ornella, besides being a very competent professional, is a wonderful person. I am happy to include her among my friends and work with her.

Brava Ornella! What a delight to watch your show. It is educational and so very entertaining. I believe that your chemistry with the chefs is friendly, cordial and respectful–you make the viewer feel that he or she is part of the show. My favorite NYC Italian restaurant is San Domenico–hope that you go there soon.

Dear Ornella I was flipping through TV channels today and came across your show. This is the 1st time I’ve seen it and I thought it was great. I look forward to watching it every week. As I’m sure you can tell from my name I am 100% Italian and enjoy good Italian food. Every month my son comes into the city and we go to a great restaurant and spend a wonderful evening eating and talking. Being Sicilian I suggested Via Oreto and we had a fantastic meal and felt like we were sitting in Sicily. Thanks for showing the restaurant on your show, so we were able to reminish. Your show is a joy from beginning to end, starting with a beautiful Italian aria and ending the same way. Your beauty, enthusiam and love of what you are doing is very evident. I also like your “hands on” cooking with the Chefs, your delightful accent and sense of humour. Angelina’s restaurant is elegant; which reflects Angelina herself. I loved watching how the wonderful foods are created. Lamb Chops is one of mine and my husband’s favorite meats. As I stated in my last message, we go to a restaurant to not just eat but to dine on good food. We are looking forward to our next big dinning experience which will be in celebration of our anniversary on May 26th and my husband, Bill’s birthday on June 1st and my birthday on June 4th. We have one big celebration and select a special restaurant to do it in. I look forward to next week and all the weeks to follow. My best to you.
